How do I schedule? 

Call (614)-272-0270 or email us to schedule an appointment. Appointments take about 30 minutes, and our scheduling hours are listed below.

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 3:00pm 
• Friday - Sunday: Closed

How are these appointments done? 

All appointments are done through a Zoom call for ease of scheduling. Our technician will email you a Zoom invite link on the day of your appointment. If you prefer to do a phone appointment or cannot use Zoom, just let the front desk know when you schedule your appointment. 

What is this meeting for? 

Marking meetings are scheduled so that we can discuss the low voltage package for your home. You have a standard low voltage package that is already included in your mortgage cost. We schedule this meeting so that you can decide where you want these low voltage items wired in your home. If you would like to add additional low voltage wiring that is not included in your standard package, we can also do that during this time. Locations for these items will be marked on your new home’s blueprints, and we will send you a copy of the marked-up blueprints after the meeting for you to review. 

What is low voltage? 

Low voltage includes coaxial cables, speaker cables, and CAT6 networking cables. Please note that low voltage does NOT include power/electrical outlets—these are installed by electricians and are separate from Crystal Clear Audio and Video’s scope of work.
